Switch Client / Cross-Client Portal
Should a Resource (Contractor) work for multiple Clients who all use the Ostara System, it is possible for a small configuration change to be made to the system to allow the Resource Head Office users the ability to log in with a single Username and Password and "switch" between Clients.
This approach allows for Resource Head Office users to avoid having to have the different Portal Website addresses saved and logging in and out between instances of the system.
If this is a requirement, a list of the different Usernames to be linked should be sent to your Ostara Systems Administrator for this request to be fulfilled.
The Resource Users then have the "Switch Client" option available on their Home Page.
