Reactive Jobs Completed or Cancelled in the Last 30 Days
The Portal provides the User with the ability to view any jobs for any Buildings, they have access to, which have been completed in the last 30 days. This includes all Work Orders including Planned and Compliance and Quote Jobs which were completed within the last 30 days. The "Jobs Completed In The Last 30 Days" chart by default excludes Cancelled Works, however, the "Reactive Jobs Completed or Cancelled in the Last 30 Days" include cancelled Works:
Note: The default is set to 30 days, but this can be configured to any duration up to 180 days. Your Ostara System Administrator should be able to make this change.
Click on the section of the graph for the jobs you want to view.
