Portal Introduction

Welcome to Ostara Systems, a CAFM solution providing clarity and control covering all aspects of Reactive, Planned and Quoted Maintenance; whilst also supporting Financial Controls & Savings; Health & Safety, Legislative Compliance and Risk Management; Sustainability, Energy efficiencies and adherence to CSR targets.

The Ostara Systems User Guide and Help File provides reference materials, guidance and tutorials for using the modules and related features of Ostara Systems.

The Ostara Portal is a website which enables the User to have access to various elements of functionality which can relate to their Buildings, jobs (Work Orders) they have outstanding and any authorisations they need to look at. All of the information shown in the portal is in “real time” and so will be updating constantly to give a true picture of what is happening with a specific Building.
