Profile Administration Levels
Profiles have a level value which is known as an Administration Level. The Administration Level on a Profile determines which functions/permissions that Profile (and in turn the Users) will have access
This is determined by giving a Profile a value from between 1 and 10. If a Profile has a level of 10, it can only access the permissions that are at Administration Level 10 but if a Profile has a level of 1, it can access the permissions through Administration Levels 1 - 10.
In short: the lower the Administration Level, the higher the privilege the User has.
