Noise Restrictions

Noise Restrictions works in the same format as Building Availability, although it is not mandatory for creating a Building it may be a mandatory requirement from your Client, Local Council or Residents. Therefore it is important to capture those times in which Resource attendance should not be made. This will identify upon work order creation whether or not there are specific site noise abatement orders which need to be adhered to.  The Building noise restrictions can be updated/edited at any point if the circumstances of the Building changes by following the same steps detailed here.

  1. To add new or update the noise restrictions click on the Noise Restriction button at the top of the screen.

  2. Click on the relevant button then simply drag over each 30 minute blocks to show any restrictions. Use "Permitted" to determine when noise can occur at the Building and "Disallowed" to determine when no noise is allowed at the Building.

  3. This can also be done by applying the time to a line and right clicking. This will give the User a couple of options to choose from:
    Copy to - individual days or
    Copy to - all



  4. Once any noise restrictions have been set click on OK.
